Brockport Home Systems Ltd. is looking for an AUTOCAD DRAFTSPERSON/DESIGNER to join our growing team in Toronto.

This position is responsible for designing home models and creating drawings for automated production for floor and wall panels. Housing construction and design experience in the single and multiple unit projects would be a desirable asset.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in AutoCAD in the residential side of architecture preferred.
• 3D modeling using HSB Cad software, AutoCAD or AutoCAD Architecture.
• Knowledge and background in residential building design/codes.
• Excellent communication skills
• HSBcad designer

• Autolisp capable of programming or modifying autolisp routines

• Wood framing residential homes knowledge

• 3D Cad; able to draw in 3D cad

• ‘CAD manager’; able to maintain and enhance by customization current CAD system
