H+ME Technology is the futureof homebuilding. And it is here today.

In a virtual 3D world, H+ME Technology architects, designers and engineers can examine every structural component and system in a home, which means that everything is accounted for before construction even begins.
After each measurement is calculated and tested, construction instructions are sent (with the push of a button) from our CAD world to the real world in our state-of-the-art, 200,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, where every floor and wall panel is precision engineered.
The result is a home with stronger structural integrity, increased tolerances, and improved ventilation. It also means there are virtually no errors in construction, no compromises or deficiencies on how and when things get finished, and no delays.
Behind every H+ME Technology home, you’ll find a dedicated team of experts and innovators in the fields of engineering, architecture, design and building sciences, all working together to build your home in the most efficient way possible.
